Do you spray paint on-site or at my home/office?
No, all spray painting happens in our Workshop in Papamoa.
Do I need to do any preparation beforehand?
No, but if practical sometimes the job can be made less expensive with a bit of effort before it is delivered if you feel enthused.
Can you make repairs?
Yes, we can make minor repairs or modifications prior to painting.
What paint colours can I have?
Generally any colour you can find from any paint manufacturer we can match. We can also colour match to an existing item if you happen to have something you just love.
What paint finishes / sheen levels can I have?
Gloss, Semi-Gloss, Satin & Matt. We use 2 pot polyurethanes or 2 pot lacquers.
Can you paint my kitchen?
Yes, we can! Any other part not easily removed we can help you out with. Many clients like the option of painting the surrounds themselves so the kitchen is fully operational whilst the doors etc. are in our workshop.
Do you use 2 Pak paint?
We very rarely use single pak paints. We are also considering water based lacquer for the internal doors.
Can you spray panels that aren’t removable?
We can spray panels that are not removable onsite! We are fully set up for that situation.
What are your opening hours?
Please ring us beforehand to make sure we are around as we are often off-site attending to commercial and residential painting projects.
How long will the job take?
We can let you know at the time of booking as it depends on how busy we are.
Generally it takes between 10 to 14 days, we don’t work on the items the whole time but each layer of paint needs time to dry before we apply the finish coat.
When and how do I pay?
Private Clients: Payment is required before collection or delivery of goods by Bank Deposit, Cash or Credit Card. We ask that you come and inspect the job to ensure you are happy with the end result, pay, and then organise to take it home or have it transported.
Business Clients: We will Invoice you and require payment within 7 days. Other terms can be negotiated for regular clients.
Do you provide transport?
Yes! We are more than happy to collect and return the items that need repainting.
